Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the lighting fixtures in their original boxes, ensuring all mounting hardware and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
